What you're agreeing to
ETHOS will provide the volleyball data reports, video, and/or rating cards discussed with Luis Zuluaga. Full terms are in the Service Agreement and Privacy Policy. Please read both before signing.
What ETHOS needs from you
ETHOS can only perform this service once you've provided access to usable match or training footage through the upload link Luis shares with you. Delivery timelines only begin once that footage is received.
No guarantee of outcomes
Reports, video, and analysis are informational tools, not guarantees of any specific outcome (selection, scholarship, contract, etc.), and carry a normal margin of error like any human-reviewed analysis.
Payment
Fees are as agreed with Luis directly. Once work begins on a deliverable, that fee is non-refundable except where required by law.
Signed and received.
Luis has a copy of your signed agreement. Next step: he'll send you a checkout code after confirming the details with you. Once you have it, go to the checkout page and enter it there to pay.
