We get you the information, and help you make the most of it.
It's like having a statistician on your team, just from a distance. We scout your games and sync every play to video: who played it, where, how well and how many times. Then we help you use it. Luis walks you through the reports, answers your questions and advises you on what to do next. More information means better decisions. Better decisions mean more wins and more control over your season.

Built to make the game hit harder.
The videos, reports and rating cards are more than numbers. They make your season bigger. A family can relive it together and replay the highlights a dozen times. You can chase the scholarship, reach the next level and take back control when things go wrong. Teammates who won and lost together get a record of it. For most families, that's the real prize: a season your kid gets the most out of.
This is for people who really want to win, and want to get the most out of their season.
What exactly do you get?
Every ETHOS project is different. You get a mix of stats, reports, videos, rating cards and opponent analysis, built around what you need.
A Keepsake for the Books
A laser-printed trading card made to last. More than a rating card, it's a memory of the season.
A real keepsake: a medium-sized trading card, laser-printed with your photo and a rating for each skill. Your choice: use your real scouted stats, or have fun with the numbers. A full set of 99s works too. Hang it in your room or keep it as a memory of a great season.
Match Report
Each reader gets something different. A club owner gets a fair, written record of coaching decisions across the season. A coach gets a game plan for the next opponent and a season built on data, not guesses. A parent gets peace of mind that their kid is judged fairly. A player chasing a scholarship or a pro contract gets numbers that get noticed. It's also the kind of data sportsbooks pay providers for. The difference is that yours is built around you, not sold in bulk.
Scroll through and watch every report you'll have access to.
This report can also come with a compilation video of the exact plays behind the numbers.
Season Report
A season-long view of results for club owners and technical directors, built on data instead of memory.
Club Report
Every team in your club in one view, built to show where to look and what to act on.
Opponent Profiling
A profile of your next opponent, built to prepare your match plan.
Player Resume
A one-page resume for each player: height, weight and position, teams and leagues, records and rankings, achievements, coaches with their contacts, and a link to a video synced to the stats.
Built from the player's scouted matches, so every number can be checked on video.
Videos, Organized However You Want
By skill, by efficiency, by player, or simply with the dead time cut out.
You get match footage with the dead time between points cut out. Watch it on the couch with your family, or study it. Sort it by skill, by game, or by how well each action was executed.
Setter's distribution
See how the setter distributes the ball, rotation by rotation.
It goes beyond who the setter sets. The report also describes each set in detail. With that, you can plan your block on real information, not on a guess about who gets the ball. It also records the setter's calls with her middle blockers and tracks them as a timeline, set by set. That part is available to clients only.
This report can also come with a compilation video of the exact sets behind the numbers.
Hitting Directions
Know where the other team hits and serves before you step on court.
We also study how the opponent receives serve. That shows you where to serve, and it turns your serving strategy from a guess into a plan.
This report can also come with a compilation video of the exact plays behind the numbers.
Serving Directions
Where each server puts the ball, shown on a 9-zone court, one report per player.
This report can come with a compilation video of every serve behind the numbers.
Game Flow Report
A point-by-point look at how a set is controlled and where it turns.
Conversion Report
A detailed look at how a match is won and lost, point by point.
Build Your Own Report
Choose a skill, the players, the sets, the moment of the set and the situation, for example only attacks after a bad reception. The report is generated from your choices, ready to print.
Every skill has its own report. The report shows only what you selected, nothing else.
Attack Efficiency
How well your team attacks, graded in detail, with the numbers behind every result.
Serve Efficiency
How well your team serves, graded in detail, with the numbers behind every result.
Reception Efficiency
How well each of your players receives, graded in detail, with the numbers behind every result.
Dig Efficiency
How well each of your players defends, graded in detail, with the numbers behind every result.
Setting Efficiency
How good your setting is, graded in detail, with the numbers behind every result.
Block Efficiency
How well your block works, graded in detail, with the numbers behind every result.
Player Workload
Track how much effort and workload each of your players takes on in every match. Use it to guide their recovery and strength training, and to plan your practices.
Sample reports built with illustrative data for demonstration, not an actual client's results.
We take the hard work off your hands.
Professional scouting software is expensive, hard to learn and takes years to master. Scouting a full season also takes a lot of time. And the software alone isn't enough. Someone has to read it correctly. Numbers can fool you. A setter with a lower rating may be doing the harder job, because he gets more bad passes. An inexperienced eye misses that.
Luis is certified on the same scouting software national federations use. On top of it, the ETHOS team added its own tools and a wider range of reports for every role in the sport. Read the right way, this changes how a season turns out.
ETHOS is a one-on-one volleyball scouting service. One professional statistician collects the data, processes it and analyzes it. He only takes the number of clients he can handle personally, so you get real attention and a service built around what you need.
A personal service. You're not just a number.
Luis has been into volleyball since he was nine. Somewhere between club gyms and courtside seats at championships, watching film stopped being a chore. It became how he understands the game.
Too many decisions in this sport are still guesses. Parents wonder if a call on their kid was fair. Clubs make choices nobody can explain. Players chase goals with no number to aim at. ETHOS is here to end the guessing. It uses the same tools and standards as the pro level, and in most countries only a handful of people know how to use them. Now you can work with one.
No account managers. No rotating analysts. No AI-generated reports. Luis handles every report, video and card himself, using certified scouting software and criteria refined over a decade of professional and international matches.
The same software, courtside.
Real matches, real scouting software, running live. Not a demo.
Built on the court, not just behind a laptop
Over a decade across club, university, national federations, and continental championships, as a coach and statistician.
