This policy explains what personal information ETHOS ("we", "us") collects through this website and the services it offers, why we collect it, and how it's handled. ETHOS is operated by Luis Zuluaga as an individual practice.
1. What We Collect

2. Why We Collect It
- To respond to your inquiry and provide a quote or consultation.
- To deliver the specific service you've requested (reports, video editing, rating cards, or analysis).
- To contact you about your request or an active engagement.
- To understand who is interested in our work, and to protect our sample reports and methods from being copied (security and abuse prevention).
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or marketing to third parties.
3. Minors
This website is for adults: parents, guardians, coaches, clubs and organizations. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from anyone under 18.
- On this website. If a visitor tells us they are under 18, we do not ask for their name and our own visit records do not include them (no name, IP address or location). We may ask, optionally, for the email of a parent, guardian or coach. We keep only that email and the date, we never write to the minor, and we do not contact anyone just because they left an email in the welcome box: it is only to confirm that real people use the site. The quote form is for adults, and for parents, guardians, coaches or clubs acting for a minor.
- Clients who are minors. Some of the people we analyze are under 18. We work with them only through a parent, legal guardian, coach or club, who confirms they are authorized to submit the information or footage. We only use a minor's information or footage to deliver the service requested, never for advertising, never sold and never shared for marketing or with other third parties.
- Public use. We do not publish a minor's name, image or footage without the separate, written permission of a parent or legal guardian.
- Your rights. A parent or guardian can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete their child's information or footage, or to stop using it. Contact Luis Zuluaga through the quote form, as explained in the section on your rights below, and we will act on it promptly. If we learn we hold information that a minor gave us directly, we will delete it.
4. Where Information Is Stored
We use a small number of third-party services to run this website and deliver our work. Each only sees the information necessary to perform its function:
- Netlify: hosts the website and processes quote survey submissions.
- Google Drive: stores footage uploaded by confirmed clients, in a private folder.
- GitHub: stores the website's code (not client personal data or footage).
- CallMeBot: used only to relay a WhatsApp notification to Luis Zuluaga when a new quote request is submitted.
5. How Long We Keep Information
Video footage is generally kept only as long as needed to complete and deliver your service for the current season, after which it may be archived offline or deleted. Contact information from quote requests is kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond to your inquiry or deliver an active engagement.
6. Your Rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by contacting Luis Zuluaga directly through the quote form. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local data protection law.
7. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including using established platforms (Google, Netlify, GitHub) for storage rather than building our own infrastructure. However, no method of storage or transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Cookies & Local Storage
This site stores your selected language in your browser's local storage so it's remembered on your next visit. It also stores a random identifier, and the name and role you give us in the welcome box (and the email, only if you choose to), so we can tell how many different people visit, who they are, and which parts of the site help or lose them. We use your IP address and approximate location, together with your name and role, for security and to protect our sample reports and methods from being copied. If you arrive from a link in an email we sent you, that visit may be linked to the email recipient so we can follow up. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision.
