This policy explains what personal information ETHOS ("we", "us") collects through this website and the services it offers, why we collect it, and how it's handled. ETHOS is operated by Luis Zuluaga as an individual practice.

2. Why We Collect It
- To respond to your inquiry and provide a quote or consultation.
- To deliver the specific service you've requested (reports, video editing, rating cards, or analysis).
- To contact you about your request or an active engagement.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or marketing to third parties.
3. Minors
Some of our clients are minors, submitted for on behalf of by a parent, guardian, coach, or club. By submitting a minor's information or footage, you confirm that you are their parent, legal guardian, or otherwise authorized to do so on their behalf.
4. Where Information Is Stored
We use a small number of third-party services to run this website and deliver our work. Each only sees the information necessary to perform its function:
- Netlify: hosts the website and processes quote survey submissions.
- Google Drive: stores footage uploaded by confirmed clients, in a private folder.
- GitHub: stores the website's code (not client personal data or footage).
- CallMeBot: used only to relay a WhatsApp notification to Luis Zuluaga when a new quote request is submitted.
5. How Long We Keep Information
Video footage is generally kept only as long as needed to complete and deliver your service for the current season, after which it may be archived offline or deleted. Contact information from quote requests is kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond to your inquiry or deliver an active engagement.
6. Your Rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by contacting Luis Zuluaga directly through the quote form. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local data protection law.
7. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including using established platforms (Google, Netlify, GitHub) for storage rather than building our own infrastructure. However, no method of storage or transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Cookies & Local Storage
This site stores your selected language in your browser's local storage so it's remembered on your next visit. This information stays on your device and is not sent to us or any third party.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision.
